Sultana Farfel Kugel
- 500g farfel
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 70g sultanas
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 200g caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 60g butter
- Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas mark 4. Grease an 20cm baking dish.
- Soak farfel in water 10 minutes. Drain.
- Add beaten eggs into the bowl of farfel, and let stand 10 minutes. Stir in sultanas, salt, sugar, cinnamon and butter. Transfer mixture to prepared dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
