Irish wheaten bread with a slight twist
Being Irish I love wheaten bread and as a Nutritionist/Home economics teacher I have experimented with different recipes until I found one that I could give to my dad to make. I used quality ingredients to produce this nutritious moist wheaten bread. This bread is full of nutritious wholesome ingredients and packed with lots of fibre for digestive health. I hope you love this bread as much as I do.

Herbed soda bread
Super simple soda bread with a lot of savoury herbs added is delicious with soup, and also terrific toasted and eaten with a slab of mature cheese the next day.

Carrot and Apple Salad
This is a German/Spanish dish. Nice for a starter or a quick lunch with crunchy bread and olives. There are no set ingredients for the carrots and apples just as much as you want to eat. Good as a extra dish with a meal. Enjoy!

Carrot and fresh coriander soup
This carrot and coriander soup is incredibly simple to make and you only need a few ingredients. It's light and fresh, plus it freezes really well too.

Carol's wheaten soda bread - Irish favourite
Easy for beginners. Traditional wheaten soda bread uses just a few ingredients, and is simple to shape and bake.

Beer braised stew and colcannon
This is a recipe I shared with my girlfiends from my recipe club last year.
