Crepe with maple syrup and creme fraiche

  • 1 ready made crepe, reheated
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon creme fraiche
  • Mix the maple syrup and cream in a bowl.
  • Reheat crepe in a pan or microwave. Spoon the cream mixture in the centre, roll up and drizzle with extra syrup. Eat and enjoy!
